John Hay Special Economic Zone

The John Hay Special Economic Zone (JHSEZ) in Baguio City is a 625-hectare premier business and tourism hub managed by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).

Once a former U.S. military rest and recreation facility, it has been redeveloped into a mixed-use zone that hosts business process outsourcing (BPO) companies, hotels, convention centers, retail establishments, and leisure facilities.
